Once a website is online it needs regular maintenance and care
to make certain it continues to function properly, and to make additions
and modifications as necessary to keep it fresh and up-to-date.
We offer several site maintenance options, tailored to the needs
of the individual site.
Basic Web Design Maintenance
Regular site maintenance includes:
- Minor revisions to page text as needed
- Changes and updates for date-sensitive information
- Update content to existing pages, such as add news, specials,
etc.
- Minor modifications to site navigation as needed
- Minor changes of photographs and images as necessary
- Checking that site scripts and forms remain operational.
- Checking that all links are active and working.
The previous includes minor changes and modifications to existing
pages.
Web Site Updates
Major changes and addition of new pages, sections, features and
functionality to the site are considered updates or upgrades, and
are billed separately from regularly scheduled monthly maintenance
at fees that are consistent with the established rates. Updates
can include:
- Adding new content pages to your site
- Addition of pages for new services, features or products
- Adding graphics or photographs as part of content addition
- Navigation changes, implemented as needed
- Added functionality, such as code, scripts and programs.
If your site has monthly specials or frequently changing inventory,
or needs content added on a regular basis, it is recommended that
a monthly maintenance plan be implemented. We can arrange a convenient
time each month to update the relevant pages of your site in addition
to doing routine maintenance checks.
